Caller hung up (or was blocked, or was a robocaller) after four rings. Caller ID said "Potential Spam". I've gotten similar calls from the same area code and exchange. The only difference is that those earlier calls did not show ANY caller ID, and the last two digits of each were different.

Hangup call from Unknown Name. Or was blocked, or was a robocaller system which got someone else to actually pick up. Number traced back to two completely different names, both of which sounded fake, at completely fake addresses in both cases. So, clearly spam.

Calling it a scam because it said Potential Spam on the caller id. Caller hung up after four rings. So even if I wasn't the actual target, someone else might have been, including whoever paid for the calls to be made.
